CAREER HISTORY (SUMMER OF 2006)
Temporarily employed as an administration assistant in POWER POINT TRADING
EST. My tasks were:
Daily filing in various invoices in chronological order.
Preparing MS POWERPOINT presentations for the General Manager.
Calling the business customers (mostly estate/property groups) of the firm
with regards to the sales of electrical products. My previous workplace
being a technical trading establishment.
CURRENT CAREER (MAY 2007-PRESENT)
I'm currently employed by EMIRATES AIRLINES & GROUP, in the MAIL/COURIER
SECTION, CENTRAL SERVICES Department. My current position is an
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT. I have been employed by the EMIRATES GROUP since
May 2007. This is a description of my duty/tasks:
Accurately sorting out internal & postal mail manually & with the help of
the OPEX MATRIX, a mail-sorting machine.
Accepting couriers, from courier firms, at the department's front desk/
reception where I enter the data of the courier received.
Delivery & collection of mail/couriers to various sections, departments &
office locations of the Group. Also the same task carried out to the
Group's associated companies/firms having business transactions with the
group.
Collection/delivery of internal staff tickets.
Preparing the internal mail to be dispatched to the outstations. These
mail items sent to the outstations are known as On Company Service (OCS) in
the EMIRATES GROUP. The mail is sorted out & is later dispatched accurately
& a record is kept of details of the mail items sent to the outstation.
Volunteered for the TERRY FOX RUN in Dubai where I have worked as an
information guide for the respective event & was a representative of my
workplace, EMIRATES AIRLINES & GROUP, since 2009.

(AUGUST 2005) Passed the 'O' LEVEL IGCSE CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL BOARD
EXAMINATIONS at the OXFORD SCHOOL, Dubai.

Dubai.
