Junior consultant: An organization had issues with its employees'
engagement. I conducted action research to address the organization's
problem through qualitative data collection. I generated a consulting
contract, collected data through employee interviews, analyzed and
interpreted the results to deliver a final report with leverages for
change. The client was satisfied as it gave him a better understanding of
the issues and suggested applicable recommendations.

July 2011-July 2012
Program Coordinator Assistant: I coordinated the, travels and publications
for ten economists. I designed a secured platform to facilitate
confidential communication. I created marketing materials for conferences
in three languages. I managed the collection and display of speakers'
presentations in three different rooms; I created and carried out a post-
conference satisfaction survey. By the end of my work, I had organized one
conference in India, more than 40 international travels, corresponded with
hundreds of delegates, and published more than10 official papers.

Project Manager: I developed a project to re-use bottle of wine in spite of
recycling them. I carried out market study to assess feasibility of project
acting as an intermediary between wine consumers and winery; developed
business model to clean wine's bottle after consumption; studied financial
feasibility comparing cost between cleaning, recycling and producing wine's
bottle; interviewed private companies, non-profit, and government for
potential partnerships; created communication and marketing tools. It
resulted in a clear logistic process with defined costs and revenues.

Junior Communication Consultant: Our goal was to be listed first in Google
search. I evaluated and improved online presence via Search Engine
Optimization; developed a partnership for business development to foster
customer flux and updated business plan with current environment analyses.
I conducted market study of conference documentation sales; developed
customers' relationships; prospected potentials customers and conference
documentation providers. After 3 months we were listed first in Google
search for conference documentation and I secured one provider.
