* Since the completion of the acquisition of Absolute Security by ADT, I

have lead integration teams in multiple HR and Financial departments.

Sr. Financial Analyst/Financial Applications Developer/Controller -

Absolute Security of America, Atlanta GA, 10/2007 to 12/2012

* Absolute Security was acquired by ADT Security Services in mid 2012.

Since that point I have been the principal integration lead engineering the

acquisition's financial integration success.

* Accounting lead of acquisition of wholly owned subsidiary in 2010.

* Project Management - SAP B1 ERP Implementation and customization.

* Designed all AP, AR, Payroll and Treasury functions and accounting

systems in an organization with $50 million annual revenue. Managed team of

analysts and specialists to carry out those functions while in the

controller role. Developed integrated EDI systems for purchasing, AP and

AR.

* BI Reporting, design of data mining and executive dashboard reporting

systems. Designed reporting for the corporate and regional levels.

* Right hand support to CFO, integration of multiple data and accounting

systems for enterprise reporting.

Cost Accountant - MandMarblestone Group, Philadelphia PA, 1/2006 to 8/2007.

* Managed all aspects of internal accounting within a pension legal and

consulting firm with $4 million annual revenue.

* Accounting lead of divestiture of consulting operations from legal
