• Low Voltage Circuit Design & Embedded Controls Development for new production
line Automotive HVAC test equipment from concept through to launch.
• Design and develop electrical schematics (digital and analog) related to
development of complex new products for the automotive Industry.

• Saved company 2 million dollars by Designing and Assembling 2 production line
testers that checked HVAC Modules against programed limits and max/min
stresses.
• Responsible for saving company over 7.5 million dollars due to procuring lower
cost
electronic components.
• Received Patent for “Actuator Fault Detection Circuit” used to prevent HVAC
controls from over driving HVAC Doors into a breaking condition.

controllers used for in-house testing of pre-press products.
