• Implemented DMAIC, DFSS and other Six Sigma Quality tools to improve the overall water treatment process
and management services. Optimized the usage of chemicals and improved the efficiency of the process by
54%.
• Utilized Value Stream Mapping, 5S and other Lean tools to eliminate the non-value added activities which
reduced the total lead time. Redesigned the entire process flow which is expected to yield an annual profit
of $2.1 million.
