I am currently working in the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) Department, Bldg.
370, on the Seers Inventory Management System. My duties sometimes consist of storage,
receiving, and retrieving parts for various departments as well as inventory management. It also
consists of trouble-shooting various problems such as lost items through research, problems with
the automated robots, and communication to several departments concerning their needs for
different projects. I have a government forklift license for the sit-down, stand-up (Raymond) and
diesel lifts. I also possess a Secret Clearance. Occasionally, I supervise up to 8 employees,
completing attendance, accountability and production reports.

I was inventory control clerk for 3 years for warehouse 2. My duties consisted of running queries,

sometimes had to get on a forklift to replenish locations that were low in stock. I was also
responsible for collecting out-dated material for disposable or loading onto a truck to be donated to
the local homeless shelter. I was perishable shipping clerk for 18 months, and I loaded trucks for
six months. I used the AS/400 Systems in performing various jobs/queries. I also performed daily
cycle counts using the AS/400 Systems.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Forklift operator/stock picker operator
I am experienced on a stand-up forklift, a sit-down forklift (hyster/Raymond), and a diesel lift. I
currently have a "Secret" Clearance as well.
Computer operator
In my capacity as an inventory control clerk, it was my responsibility to run several queries and
programs on the computer a day. The system that was used was the AS400 Series. I have
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access). In my educational
training, we created databases using Access, and created spreadsheets using Excel.
