Objective:
To obtain a position that will utilize my current skill sets as well as challenge me to improve upon them.
Summary:
Currently managing a crew of 10-16 people and assuring all company equipment is properly maintained;
to include, loaders, excavators, Sennebogen material handler, slow speed shredder, GK vibratory and
pneumatic material classifiers/ sorting equipment,conveyor belts and tub grinders. Preparing and keeping
current records in accordance with Department of Environmental Protection requirements.
My duties also included obtaining proper permits and insuring adherence to current OSHA, DEP and
EPC regulations for Cypress Gulf Development Corporation.

Experience:
2009-Current
• Operations Manager at Greenway Recycling and Demolition in Clearwater, FL. (C and D Material
Recovery Facility) Duties include staffing and management of twelve material sorters, four equipment
operators, and four truck drivers in a fast-paced environment. Worked closely with General Kinematics
during the design and assisted in installation of vibratory sorting equipment, conveyor belts and
pnuematic sorting equipment per specs on design blueprints.Performed welding and fabricating work
during installation, while maintaining daily inspections and complying with DEP regulations. Also
perform visual and physical inspections on all equipment used in operations including leachate
containment, dust control equipment and coordinate with maintenance department for repair/service.
2004-2009
• Maintenance Manager at Cypress Gulf in Tampa, FL: Job duties included staffing and management of
mechanics, drivers and other shop personnel. Coordination of repairs and maintenance of approximately
65 pieces of heavy equipment to include excavators, dozers, loaders, concrete crushers, shredders,
vibratory screenplants, pumps, trucks, etc. Devised and implemented a field preventative maintenance
plan. Prepared older equipment for sale and assisted in acquiring new or replacement equipment.
Effectively managed maintenance logs, records, and oil sampling reports. Performed dispatch duties for
the truck fleet and managed vendor accounts necessary for shop maintenance.
• Recycled Materials Manager: Duties included acquiring proper air quality permits and testing for
compliance with state guidelines. Notification to DEP and Hillsborough EPC when portable equipment
was relocated. Staffing and managing 5 - 7 employees at various materials handling locations.
Personally performed maintenance on conveyor belts, blow bars, bearings, and screening decks to
achieve desired product specs. Specifically, 2” minus DOT spec road base and 3” minus structural fill for
company use and outside sales. Coordinated contractors for work outside our scope of services.
Additionally I performed hydraulic and diesel repair as well as fabrication and welding. Also procured
raw materials for final product processing and sales of finished product.
1999-2004
• Self-employed as an interior and exterior remodeling contractor. My duties included painting and
drywall repair and texturing. Interior and exterior painting. Dealt with customers one on one, assembled
bids and self performed work.
Equipment Experience:
Experience includes the safe proper operation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of mechanical,hydraulic and diesel systems of the following:
All makes of Excavators, End Loaders, Dozers, Skidsteers, Pegson and Eagle Crushers. Powerscreen,
Doppstadt and Komptech Screen Plants and Trommel screens. Bandit and Doppstadt High Speed
Grinders, Komptech and Doppstadt Slow Speed Shredders. Duratech Tub Grinders.
Conclusion:
I strive to be a leader by example and have learned from experience the importance of assembling a team
that while having differing skills, are able to focus their strengths into a cohesive unit, working together to
