Training Design and Delivery

As Human Resource Manager, I observed that while it was rare that our

different department to reinforce the training.

o The program was very successful, and resulted in enhanced employees'

skills, knowledge transfer, and improved relationships across

departments, increased productivity, and elimination of gaps. Management

rewarded entire company with a small raise across the board.
