Proven Track Record

Reduced lead time in shop from 90 days to 50 days using one piece flow pull production

methods.

2012 11% productivity improvement through implementing lean manufacturing methods,

11% in 2011, 8% improvement in 2010.

Responsible for plant performance of 6 team leads and 90 direct operators (Typical

machines 550K 1.5M).

Started up new chemical plant and glass plant (big project management), non union and
