E ducation:
I was born in Michigan the son o f a United States Airforce Career NCO. I enjoyed the traveling
and education o f the military family life until the age o f 15. My family and I lived in Japan,
Philippine Islands, California, Michigan, Louisiana and Otis Air Force Base o n Cape Cod.
I began my Steel career in 1979 as a steel shop worker and apprentice Ironworker while attending
night school for a Degree in Project Management.
I earned an Associate's Degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute o f Boston
in 1983. I attended several certified educational programs and courses at Northeastern University
in Boston and various Contract and Law programs in N ew York and N ew Jersey while working
for Canam Steel.

1983 to 1994 Dorel Steel Erection C orporation l ocated in Quincy Massachusetts:
After working in the shop for 3 years, I began working as a structural steel estimator and was
promoted to Chief Estimator / Project Manager in 1988.
As Chief Estimator / Project Manager my duties included estimating, pricing, sales and managing
structural and miscellaneous metals projects for installation from bidding to close-out.
Experience includes preparing and presenting complicated Scope o f Work Proposals for high
profile projects such as the N ew Boston Garden and Shriners Bums Hospital in Boston.
Experience includes erection o f structural and architectural precast concrete panels in the N ew
England and New York areas.
Experience includes erection o f Pre-engineered metal buildings in the N ew England and N ew
York areas.
1994 to 2007 C anam Steel C orporation l ocated in E aston M assachusetts:
I began working for Canam Steel as a Project Manager after completing the N ew Boston Garden
Project. In early 1996, I was promoted to Manager o f Contracts and Projects and Number 2 in
charge o f the Easton office. M y responsibilities included running the largest projects and
managing 6 other Project Managers. Other responsibilities at that time included overseeing the
Sales, Engineering, Accounting and Detailing Departments including a 6,000 square foot
fabrication shop in Easton.
When Canam Steel Corporation's Divisional restructuring occurred in late 1997 I was assigned
Senior Project Manager working for the Construction Division out o f Point o f Rocks Maryland.
My responsibilities included project management and overseeing 4 other Project Managers in the
Easton MA office. Responsibilities included assisting with Sales and contract negotiating for
proj ects in the N ew England area.

I was the Senior Project Manager for Canam/Structal on the $100,000,000.00 Steel Contract for
the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and the $48,000,000.00 Steel Contract for Gillette
Stadium for the N ew England Patriots.
Experience includes Sales and Managing Murox Metal Wall Panel System projects in the New
England and N ew York areas. Murox is a Division o f Canam Steel Corporation that furnishes a
metal building panel system. I was involved in the procurement, design, fabrication, installation
and testing o f M urox's first multi-story metal panel system for the EMC Einstein Building in
Franklin, MA.
2007 to 2011 Dorel and, Snow Steel C orporation l ocated in C anton, M assachusetts:
Due to my wife and son heing disabled from separate accidents a month apart in early 2005,
compounded by the fact that Canam had no local work, I found it necessary to resign from
Canam Steel/Structal on April 13, 2007 to start Dorel and Snow Steel Corporation. I was
President o f Dorel and Snow Steel Corporation through 2011. Due mainly to the economy and
the US recession the Company was financially unable to continue in a market during a drastic
price reduction in Union Steel Erection work in the Boston area.
D ecember 2011 to J uly 2012 Capco Steel L LC o f P rovidence RI:
I began working for Capco Steel LLC as a Project Manager until Capco Steel, LLC closed in July
o f 20 12. Duties include Project Management and assisting with estimating and sales for
furnishing and erecting structural steel and miscellaneous/AESS metals.
J uly 2012 to O ctober 2013 C apco Steel Erection C O o f P rovidence RI:
I began working for Capco Steel Erection Company in July o f20l2 as a Project Manager. Capco
Steel Erection Company was founded by the former Owner o f Capco Steel LLC. Duties include
Project Management and' assisting with estimating and sales for erecting structural steel and
miscellaneous/AESS metals.
I recently resigned from Capco Steel Erection Company in order to pursue other potential
employment opportunities. Since my wife and son remain disabled, I have developed a Team o f
care givers that allows me to work the hours needed and travel as required.
My experience includes estimating, bidding/pricing, proposal presentation, sales, preparation o f
qualifications and exclusions, scheduling, supervising, project management and contract
language from bid stage throughout the design, detailing, engineering, material procurement,
scheduling, subletting, fabrication, delivery and erection o f structural steel, miscellaneous metals,
AESS Products, Metal Buildings including the structural members, girts, sag rods, r oof deck and
metal siding including the many additional architectural components.
I have worked closely and construct fully with Owner's, Developer's Architect's, Engineer's
General Contractors and/Construction Managers on many projects in the N ew England Area.
