Duties included: ventilator set-ups, ventilator checks, administration of aerosolized medications,
ABG interpretation and sampling, assessing babies vitals upon birth and assisting resuscitation
when needed, performing weaning protocol, performing cystic fibrosis, asthma, and
bronchiectasis protocols.
Teaching Clinical in Basic Respiratory Care
Duties included: guiding and teaching junior respiratory care students in oxygen therapy/setup,
delivering respiratory treatments, sampling and interpreting ABGs, aiding in resuscitation, rapid
responses and codes, performing sterile technique, airway care, suctioning, non-invasive
