Led market research, business planning, strategy development projects and initiatives for a $110 million
business unit of White & Case in Central Europe and later in the EMEA region. Provided analysis, business
intelligence, insight on market trends and firm performance to senior management.
Partnered with the regional COO and CFO to implement and execute the integration process of seven offices
into a new geographical and cross-functional management structure of White & Case in the EMEA region.
Prepared all internal systems/processes (HR, Finance) and created internal communication for the
integration process.
Developed and implemented a reporting structure for 300 lawyers and 30 partners that led to more efficient
performance evaluation and decision making of senior management.
Supported the Regional Managing Partner and Regional COO in the hiring process of senior lawyers and
teams. Developed business plans and financial models (valuations). Created new tools and processes of
evaluating hires based on return of investment which significantly speeded up the hiring process.
Led strategy development project for White & Case’s M&A section in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East,
and Africa) region. Working closely with the head of the section based in London, research team in
New York and a business development team spread across Europe.
Achieved a 15% reduction in expenses through value engineering as a Project Manager for a 51,000 square
feet office space relocation project (a $20 million investment).

Managed teams of 5-10 people in a wide array of projects across multiple countries and functions (Finance,
Marketing, Business Development, HR, Operations).
Designed, planned and executed the annual evaluation process and compensation review for 300 lawyers
and 300 support staff employees across seven offices partnering with the Regional HR Director and Regional
COO. Completion rate of evaluations improved from 65% to 90% in the first year.
Conducted operational effectiveness review of all business support staff functions (Finance, HR, BD,
Marketing, and Operations). Achieved reduction of US $1.5 million in annual costs after implementation.
Partnered with the Regional COO to produce a feasibility study to establish a back office Shared Services
Center in Central Europe. Cooperated with external consultants to attain market and location data.
