A techno commercial subject matter expert with 10 years of international experience predominantly in
Telecommunications industry. In this decade long career, I have gained experience in business analysis,
solution / product architecture and design, project and program management and new business
development.
With international work experience of working in The Netherlands, Canada, UK, Taiwan, Israel, El Salvador,
Trinidad and Bahrain and with telecom service providers across the world, I have built a good

Key Projects:
Business Analyst for a client in Bahrain, Middle East (GSM, UMTS, HSDPA). The solution involved
combination of COTS products like Siebel CRM, Oracle Communications Suite (Billing, Rating, IN, VAS),
iGATE BI Suite and some solution specific components and interfaces. The solution was designed to
meet client’s functional requirements and the budget limits.
Solution architect for three major releases and Subject Matter Expert during a migration project for a
client in the UK (MVNO – Custom components for Billing, Rating, Charging, Activation, CRM, Mediation,
Invoicing, Number Portability, Ticket Management).
Subject Matter Expert for iGATE’s BI solution for telecommunications industry (Data warehouse, ETL
and Reporting). The solution was a repository of master data specific to telecommunications which can
be used with multiple combinations of DW, ETL and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for design and architecture of applications under Motorola’s OSS/BSS/CRM/BI portfolio.
Identify and groom talented individuals to setup core applications group within Motorola.
Finalize requirements by reviewing agreements between Business Analysts and the various stakeholder
departments.
Review and assessing the Architecture Decisions for projects resulting in High Level Designs
Responsible for Pre sales support, Vendor Management.
Achievements:
Concept to commercial readiness in 12 months. First year sales of USD 12 million. Major deployments
in Middle East and Asia.
Received ‘Outstanding’ Performance Award in 2009, ‘Excellent’ rating for two years.
Key Projects:
Subject matter expert for Motorola’s OSS/BSS/CRM/BI application suite. The solution implemented
COTS products from 3PVs, Motorola’s activation and provisioning gateway and custom interfaces.
Requirements were finalized after market research, discussions with sales team, inputs from existing
accounts and request for proposals from existing and target accounts.
First deployment of the solution was for a service provider in Bahrain, Middle East (WiMAX, IMS).
