This is a shutdown & maintenance project of the FCCU unit in CPCL Refinery,
Manali. This project involved maintenance & replacement of major parts of
the Boiler, Regenerator, Reactor & Riser, Orifice chamber & furnace. I was
involved in the detailed project plan development, executing, monitoring &
control of the plan & also handled the closeout with client.
