Within this job role I had various responsibilities which included cash handling, stock management, and
customer relations including customer complaints, department supervisor with the additional responsibility
of managing the entire shop during manager shift change and in manager absence. Many day to day
duties required the facial change of merchandise within company guidelines and regulations. Overseeing
merchandise deliveries inbound, outbound and reporting any variants. Stock auditing this included stock count
of shop. Management of transactions including purchases, refunds and exchanges within company guidelines
but also having to use my own initiative when dealing with sensitive cases and providing goodwill gestures.
