Financial Planning: includes following responsibilities:
Preparation of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and OCF for Annual Operating Plan and
Forecast, considering the KPIs decided by Higher Management.
Preparation of the Department wise G&A Expenses for AOP and Forecast.
To Prepare the Mix COC for Plan and Actual figures.
Monthly Analytical Reports: includes following responsibilities:
Analyzing the Actual Volume Report to find the dark and bright Spots.
Preparing Growth Reports VS YAGO and AOP on Brand and Pack basis.
MOM Variance Analysis of G&A Report.
MIS Reporting: includes following responsibilities:
Preparing Sales Volume report on basis of region and Brand for every month.
Preparing MIS for GCTS (Gross Cost to Stockiest) and report to Management.
Preparing Brand Wise Net Revenue Report and MBR deck MOM.

GAAP standards.
Conduct research on the companies and removing the effects of certain extraordinary items (non-recurring

Tracking dividend related information through the Financial Reports (Annual & Quarter Reports).
Calculation of EBIT, EBITDA, EPS, Adjusted EPS, Market Capitalization and Normalized Earning on the
Excel sheet and provide that information to client for making investment decision.

Financial Statement Analysis: Analytical Part of Financial Statement Includes following responsibilities:
Growth and Compound growth of Revenue, Operating Profit and Net Income of the Company for last 5
Year and represent it through Charts.
Calculation of Balance sheet ratio (Current Ratio, Cash ratio, Turnover ratio), Income Statement Ratio
(Profitability ratio, Market Ratio) and Cash Flow Ratio (Free Cash Flow Ratio, and Operating Cash Flow
ratio) of the Companies as according to Client’s Requirement.
Product database knowledge i.e. Deep understanding of the System itself and various calculation based on
formulas/ratios required as per equity market. (Dividend Yield Ratio, EV, PE, EBIT, EBITDA, Etc)
