Created concept designs (cross sectional layouts and packaging of assemblies).

Designed all components (housings, flanges, gears, shafts, flanges).

Provided engineering support to purchasing for all outsourced components.

Patented design of an internal oil cooling reservoir. Received patent royalties when units went into production

starting in 2003.

Transferred projects from German to US operations after phase one completion.
