September 2012 - Present (1 year 2 months)
• Maintains vendor files and contracts to include Business affiliation agreements related to the 9.7 million
dollar CMS Innovations Challenge Grant awarded to Brookdale Senior Living.
• Coordinates meetings regarding CMS grant team/clinical team and chief medical officer Dr. Kevin O’Neil,
MD as well as Florida Atlantic University and University of North Texas.
• Works directly with Project Manager & Clinical team to assist with supply orders for projects as well as
preparing educational training to include INTERACT training. Analyzes training data and presents
information to steering committee quarterly.
• Maintains tracking logs of project status updates. Created a data matrix to track BAA agreements with
hospitals and or hospitalists groups.
• Provides administrative support as needed to various corporate level positions, as well as field based
associates.
• Codes and processes departmental invoices regarding the CMS Innovations Challenge Grant. All
reimbursements must be coded and or verified by myself and then passed on to payroll.
• Works with Executive Directors at communities, Clinical Nurse Leaders and Divisional Vice Presidents to
schedule educational training in regards to INTERACT.
• Maintains office equipment and calls service when necessary for copiers, fax machines, postage machines
and FedEx.
• Inventories and orders supplies and paper goods to include training materials from Medpass or the advisory
board.
• Performs related work as required or assigned, including maintaining calendars, flight and hotel
arrangements and set-up of meetings, copies, etc.
• Completes other duties as assigned by chief medical officer, Dr. Kevin O’Neil, MD.

writing white papers, and completing special customer ad hoc requests.
