Primary accountabilities in my current position at Global Information Services include, but are not limited to: analysis,

Application Development Technical Lead

During my time at Accenture Federal Services Practice, my responsibility was to serve as an SAP technical lead and

functional support across the full systems implementation lifecycle. My designated project was with a large, financial

transformational, SAP implementation engagement with a Federal agency. I spearheaded the requirement and

definition phase across several departments within the agency. Consequently, I managed the challenging application

design process. This was particularly complex as it involved the standardization of business functions and processes

across widely varying departments, who each had their own support systems. The engagement was transformational in

nature as it centralized and standardized key financial functions such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivables,

Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Funds Management and Cost Management across the entire Agency. I was a technical

lead overseeing a team of 10+ resources.

Key Achievements

• Developed the point of sale systems, interface which processes collections and debit vouchers; inbound,

outbound and reprocessing records

• Streamlined project management for Natural Resource Manager / Integrated Web Grants & Agreements

SAP Technical Lead

My tenure at Spacenet enabled me to foster a multitude of professional strengths: application development, business

processes improvement, solution architect, application support, project management, support of financial/controlling,

plant maintenance, material management, customer relationship management system and sales distribution modules. I

ascertained business requirements, created and implemented customized programs. System configuration to support

and improve business rules and processes. Provided offshore development team with technical specification

documents and guidance. I orchestrated Spacenet’s evolution from an ISP company to a managed network services

company. Improved fiscal stability and accountability by enabling the month end closing process and reporting to be

more efficient. Designed and implemented a custom budget planning and control solution to provide visibility into the

company's performance. I executed the integration between SAP and Siebel CRM system for customer master data,

sales orders and modem parameters. I was the lead designer and supporter for SAP integration with Starband.net for

on-going sales initiatives, services and products.

Micron Technology – Manassas VA

March 1998 – February 2003

SAP Developer

Contributions to the SAP team at Micron Technology included application development, integration and support of

SAP plant maintenance, material management, human resources and production planning modules. I provided the

coding for the migration of multiple SAP systems during Micron acquisition of Dominion Semiconductor. My

utilization of PU12 Interface Toolbox for HR data extraction (including feeding ADP PC/Payroll application) resulted

in reduction of interface development/maintenance time/cost by more than 50%. I was involved in the full life cycle

implementation of Human Resources and Plant Maintenance modules. After go live I served as the sole in-house

resource responsible for continuous functional and technical support of HR and PM. Ultimately, the HR 4.5B system

had an end user population of 1,000+. Customization of PU12 payroll data interfaces to ADP. I was involved in the

HR master data conversion from the legacy system to SAP for the go-live of HR system. Single handedly designed,

executed and secured BusinessObjects for the HR department. I implemented the comprehensive payable integration

with PNC bank.
