Probike Training are the UK’s leading provider of motorcycle, scooter and moped training based in

Chelmsford, Essex.

My role is to hit set targets given on selling the courses through both outbound and inbound calls. It’s

a highly competitive market so asking lots of questions and understanding requirements would be key

to the sale, as would trying to close the sale and get the booking in as soon as possible.

I would also be tasked with ways of generating interest/leads and I would therefore deal with the likes

of Groupon and local colleges to promote the company offering and generate leads for myself to close

Duties also include:

• Responding to enquires

• Managing diaries of Instructors, booking work for them.

• Generating sales both on the phone and to the clients in person.

• In charge of organizing meetings and putting ideas forward to improve the business.

• Accurate data entry and keeping of records.

• Greeting clients to the office in a professional and friendly manner.

• Dealing with emails involving general enquiries, sales, business enquires and other important

information.
