. Manage financial and accounting functions for general contracting.

. Accountability extends to financial statements, profit flow/cash flow

analysis, and management of lines of credit. As management team

forecasting, tax planning, and cash management.

. Corporate liaison with auditors and report directly to CPA firms.

orders and credits. Manage collections to increase cash flow. Prepare

and review all projects close-out documents.

. Job Costing: Analyze all projects through the Contract Status Report

(CSR) and Work in Progress (WIP).

. Prepare ADP payroll, maintain employee's records and manage their

Health Benefits and 401K funds.

. Prepare Sales Tax Reports and payments. Review all Federal, State and

City quarterly and annual tax returns; W-2 forms; Unemployment and

Disability Insurance forms.
