The main activities :
Monitor and control of project activities from start to closure.
Oversee the checking and/or review of designs, installation methodologies, lift

Monitor the contractor performance and create a contractor KPI for the

Managing major shutdown of production facilities to meet company’s annual
production plan. This project involves multidiscipline across the company
department, 24 hours operations, about 1400 people and other massive
resources.
