HUMAN RESOURCES -
During my tenure I have experience in managing a human resources department
responsible for serving approximately 850 employees located in over 90
locations. Department functions included weekly payroll; developing job
descriptions; writing policies and procedures; recruiting, hiring,
orientation, training, career development, grievance resolution, EEOC
compliance, compensation and benefit administration, training, career
development, performance reviews, evaluation, discipline and all other
related responsibilities. Additional responsibilities have included:
. Trained in ISO procedure writing, editing and implementation.
Assisting in capital projects, EPA/DEQ, OSHA, EEOC and various
corporate, state and federal regulatory projects and audits.
. Administered safety programs from writing of procedures to
implementation, training and state inspections. Received vast training

EDUCATION -
Administrator of a Pre-school through 12th grade campus. Responsible for
all aspects of operating a school including: budget, personnel, students,
