Objectives

To further my experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, I feel the next phase of my career is to move to the field area. Having several years experience in the maintenance division, the opportunity to move out into the field would be best for advancement. In the field for the Hydraulic division of the company I was involved in rigging up our equipment to the wellhead for the flow back operations during a drill out. During the drill out my duties were to regularly watch our equipment and lines checking for leaks or any other problems, keep an eye on the tanks we were flowing into including running straps on these tanks, and operating controls from the hydraulic panel from our command center that control all hydraulic tools.

In the field for the Flow back/Well testing division of the company I was involved in rigging up of the equipment from the wellhead to the frac tanks we flow into. Tied in equipment including separators, sand traps, and flare stacks. During flow back I assisted the operator with taking readings, strapping the tanks, making sure equipment was working correctly, and overseeing all operations on the wells location.

In the shop I rebuilt and performed maintenance on all equipment including plug valve manifolds, separators, hydraulic chokes, hydraulic gate valves, manual gate valves, and flare stacks. Also fabricated stands for plug valve manifolds, different tips for flare stacks, and other different tools for equipment. Also ran hotshots to locations, performed pressure testing on equipment, and rigged up flare stacks.
