ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - SAFETY AND SECURITY 2008–PRESENT

- Provide effectual assistance to the director in accomplishing operations of the department on a daily basis.
- Expertly oversee staff of 28 proprietary officers and a contingent of 70 contract security officers.
- Organize daily work schedules for the Security Department staff; maintain the time and attendance of all security officers through the attendance database.
- Assume responsibility in preparing weekly payroll for submission to all security officers through the use of Kronos time-keeping program, and in coordinating with the Human Resources, Payroll, and Budget departments in order to ensure the accuracy of payments and charges.
