I started with inbound sales, taking calls from customers, placing orders or answering questions on their
account, transferring to correct department if necessary.
Customer Experience: doing the same duties as inbound sales but also handling return orders or problems
with orders.
Outbound calling: following up on customers when it is time to reorder supplies and taking care of their
orders and any questions.
Account Manager: working with a portfolio of 5000+ accounts, assisting in setting up auto shipments on
supplies, processing adjustments and other duties as required.

employees. I initiated luncheons and breakfast meetings improving employee morale and raising money
for charity. In addition to loans, I have worked as a teller with minimal cash handling errors, cross trained
in member services opening accounts, processing wire money transfers, IRA's, main vault processing and
balancing, daily ATM reconciliation. I have fully met the Credit Unions' motto of "We will serve our
members needs beyond their expectations".

Store Leader 1995-2001
I began with the company in 1995 as a part time cashier in Hartford, WI while working full time at
Glacier Hills Credit Union. I transitioned to full time at the store in Oconomowoc, followed by Assistant
Manager in Hortonville. I completed manager training and was assigned as Manager of a failing store in
Darboy, then moved to Manager of the Prospect Street store in Appleton before resigning in January of
2001 to relocate to Florida. Duties as manager included interviewing, hiring and training new employees,
doing employee evaluations, discipline and firing as was necessary, motivating employees to succeed and
aid in the stores' success, daily processing of store sales reports, processing vendors invoices, take
inventory and ordering for the store, loss prevention which included training the workers on greeting
customers and how to watch for shoplifters. I initiated new ideas to increase sales, adding items that
normally were sold at the truck stops which were very successful.

Teller and Member Services 1990-1996
I began as a part time teller but moved to the main office in West Bend to work full time. In addition to
teller work which included being responsible for a cash drawer and balancing it daily, servicing members
with transactions and opening accounts, I also processed monthly insurance charges for loans. I handled
closed loan files, mailing appropriate papers back to members.
Interests and Activities
I am actively involved with my Church, I enjoy baking and decorating cakes for all occasions, spending
time my family, especially grandchildren, flea markets, movies and camping, remodeling homes, not just
decorating.
