injection molding, Pre-compaction Die set.
. Detailed study on the extrusion processes of aluminum and parameters
affecting the final product.
. Documentation of the work being done and reporting to the senior
authorities and understanding of piping G.A drawings, isometrics,
equipment layout.
. Design of pipe (thickness calculations) as per various codes (ASME
31.3 etc).
. Interpret Pipe Properties to estimate the suitability of it use in
the line.
. Selection of valves, flanges and gaskets in the piping system.
. Establish Pressure Ratings for Piping Components, Valves / Flanges.
. Knowledge of Mechanical equipments and effect of vibrations on the
piping system.
. Familiar with the student version of Solid Works.
. Understanding of basic concepts of HVAC systems.
. Experience in layout designing using AUTOCAD.
. Familiar with International Design codes & Dimensional standards
such as ANSI/ASME, API, BS, ASTM & there use in design, analysis and
calculation
. Experience in Quality control and inspection of T.M.T bars and able
to analyze the flaws affecting the final product
Programming Languages: Basics of C
Software Skills: MS Office 2011, Windows XP & 7, AUTO CAD 2011, Pro-E
(Wild fire 2.0), CEASER 2.0 (Static analysis).
Other skills: Quality Control and Engineering Inspection, Basics of CNC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Generating documents such as General arrangement drawings, Equipment
layout, and Nozzle orientation sheets for the different mechanical
equipments, Piping Layouts, isometrics, special support sketches, etc.
. Reviewing of the pipeline routing, supporting and civil structure by
using AutoCAD.
. Design of pipe (thickness calculations) as per various codes (ASME
31.3 etc).
. Preparing Bill of material from the P & ID.
Environment: Auto Cad 2011, Standards and codes requirements according to
ASME B 31.3.

. Inspection of raw material for its dimensional accuracy, chemical and
physical stability at the initial stages such as strength, ductility,
elongation after heat treatment, fatigue properties etc
. During the process frequent checks to analyze if there are any flaws.
. After the process check whether the final product i.e. The grain
structure, grade of material are according to the company
specifications.
