I am currently looking to relocate to Alaska. My family has already relocated to
Alaska. My Mother was ill for a long time and I needed to stay to care for her. I am
now in a position to relocate for immediate employment.
I have managed offices of professionals for over 20 years. I am excellent at
multitasking and staying focused. I have the knowledge and experience of succeeding
in the operations of a fast paced environment.
I was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association on November 10, 1989. I
received my Designated Escrow Officers License on February 27, 1992. I establish
Hartman Escrow in 1994 and was appointed Escrow Commissioner by the Department
of Financial Institutions.

Owned and operated two escrow offices with 20 years of experience supervising licensed
professionals. Overseeing management of the corporate administrations. Licensed and
practicing Real Estate Law for 24 years. Preparing the necessary legal documents for the
closings of all real estate transactions. Negotiated all lease agreements and short sale
closings for residential, commercial, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, vacant land and lease
options. Controlling all monies with issuing receipts, checks, wire transfers and a final
disbursement ledger on each individual escrow. Prepared the quartile and annual
reports required by the state for auditing purposes. Completed full analysis complied
from the daily and month end reconciliation reports. Managed the daily operations with
my staff ensuring the office procedures were handled professionally and to the highest
standards. Confirmed the company was in full compliance with the state regulations and
with the company’s employee manual. Administered the software programs and
monthly upgrades. Examined all complaints filed by the consumer against all licensed
escrow officer, made a determination if an audit examination was required. Evaluated
the audits. Issued a statement of charges pertaining to the complaint filed and the
completed audit report supplied from the examiner. Reviewed all proposals for approval
and/or objection on new rulemaking and amendments for the Escrow Act RCW.44

Bellevue College, graduated 1992, Business Associates Degree,
Real Estate Law, passing the Washington State Bar in 1989, passed
