proper procedures that include deconstructing equipment and assembling back for next day and have everything ready by 4 AM for the next shift, including the used-off CIP and COP tanks, and read and understand the procedures.
Responsibilities included preparation of the weekly schedule, read and understand temperatures, PH levels, recording on wheel charts, and working along with QA and government regulations and many other duties. Worked along with USDA and many other functions.
