administering enrollment services for state Medicaid health systems. MAXe

is responsible for automating enrollment, disenrollment, and case

State of Connecticut is to set up a multi-lingual call center operation to

support their Health Insurance Exchange (HIX). The Call Center will provide

assistance to individuals, employers, employees, navigators and brokers

prior to an individual's enrollment in commercial health insurance coverage

offered through the Exchange. Although a large number of consumers will be

assisted through the IVR or Web Portal, a number of consumers may need some

level of support with human interaction. Job duties include

with OBIEE and OKM to create and manage service requests.

The ICD-10 changes required for implementation in 2013, will have a large

impact on Care First systems. The largest impact will be to the Benefits

Administration sub-system which contains the majority of benefit data used

within FEPExpress to determine claims benefits. The data is based upon a

combination of diagnosis codes, procedure codes and revenue codes. The

implementation of ICD-10 will require substantial changes to the Benefits

Administration sub-system which will impact applications within FEPExpress,

including VTC, Benefits Determination and other sub-systems that interface

A claim adjudication business process model will be developed to ensure the

quality of the ICD-10 transition, while providing the foundation for future

eligibility, Demographic and Enrollment Information. It generates HIPAA

complaint Recipient information (834) to health plans and provider payments

based on the Recipient Enrollment information. System is highly robust and

integrated with other COTS systems like CRM for Recipient or Provider

inquiries, or Cognos for report generation. System supports processing both

fees for Service and Managed Care Claims/encounters seamlessly without any

setbacks. Job duties include:

. Lead requirements gathering, architecture and implementation of State

of Michigan MMIS Eligibility and Enrollment System for Medicaid,

SCHIP, CSHCS, MOMS programs and Third Party Liability (TPL) System
