Operated as a first point of contact answering supplier and marketing questions for ordered products. Executed and documented request calls for

suppliers and customers. Input customer data into proprietary system(s) in a professional and coherent manner. Responsible for ensuring customer

and supplier experience was satisfactory.

Greeting customers and suppliers and assisting in ordering process via phone and email communication. Resolved billing and other

suppliers/customer services related issues. Assist suppliers/customers with inquiries regarding product and services. Provide personalized product

(RMA), ECO’s and lifetime buys with obsolesce. Coordinated root cause and corrective action plans for all delinquent orders. Ensured orders

aligned to MRP demand. Experience in outside machining processes and procedures.

-Review purchase orders for accuracy, verified and approved payment request for timely process for Account Payable. Address and resolve conflicts

on documentation with shipping/receiving, and requestors. Visitation to suppliers within the LA area and aboard to ensure production and delivery

schedules are being met.

- Work with a sense of urgency, and organized, detailed and dedicated. Computer savvy on Microsoft Suite Package; Access, Excel, Powerpoint and

Word.

Education:

Texas A & M State University - Major: Computer Science Minor: Business Administration. Studying in progress; APICS – Association for

Operation Management. Obtain CPIM – Certified Production and Inventory Management. Three (3) modules remain to complete.
