Has been working as Assistant Engineer- Operation& Maintenance at SICGIL
India Gas Limited. The Plant has got world-class facility manufacturing of
FOOD GRADE, INDUSTRIAL GRADE AND PHARMA GRADE carbon di oxide in liquid,
dry ice, solid and gaseous form. All MFG locations have been accredited
with ISO 9001:2008 & Food Safety certifications. SICGIL supplies key
customers like Coca cola, Pepsi, ITC, MSN Parma, Hatsun, United
breweries, Nestle for their applications..
SICGIL is operating 6 manufacturing units Goa, Kerala, Punjab, Gujarat,
Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu & 9 Satellite refilling stations in Tamilnadu,
Andhra pradesh, Karnataka, Maharastra, Gujarat, and depots.
Job Responsibilities
V Responsible for the safe operations & efficient upkeep of plant&
Machinery.
V Monthly carrying forward planning of jobs as per schedule maintenance
& responsible for attending without breakdown maintenance to keep up
the Liquid CO2 & Solid CO2 production and Cylinder filling Operations.
V Prepare and issue work permits and ensure locking arrangements.
V Training the production engineers in production and ISO system
procedure.
V Prepare monthly forward plan for calibration and testing validity of
critical and non critical equipment's.
V Optimum utilization of machinery as per actual capacity and power
output improving.
V Total plant GMP improvements.
V Maintaining Quality of Liquid produced Co2 as per quality management
system from raw gas receipt to finished products.
V Co-ordination for internal and external audits.
V Any other jobs assigned by the superiors.
V Reporting& updating all the jobs to Plant Manager on daily.

V Quality Index System (ISO 9001:2008) & FSSC 22000:2008 implemented and
conduct once in 4months Internal audits at the manufacturing unit.
V FSSC 22000:2008 Certification initiated in our manufacturing location
and achieved FSSC 22000:2008 Certification.
V Safety Secretary in our factory.
V Shut down work schedule for all machinery (both Mechanical &
Electrical) was prepared with target date on every year.
V Responsible person (Engineers & Workers) is allotted for as per Shut
down work schedule & all works are completed with in Target date.
V Critical spare list prepared and spares requirements, Stock details &
Purchase details prepared separately and given to Purchase department.
V Handling of preparation for Annual Plant Maintenance Budget .
V Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for Plant process systems&
equipments
