Achievements

1. As an Academic coordinator in Translam international boarding School,

I had stopped dictation of answers and Cramming of Answers which is

the eminent unscientific feature of boarding School and motivated the

students to construct the answer in their own language.

2. In Chandwan Residential Public School- Mathura as a Vice Principal /

Acting Principal - Discipline, teaching quality, personality

development, regularity, and punctuality, of students and teachers had

been maintained by me and within the two years the strength of

students rose almost to double (450 to 720) .

3. As a H.O.D. (Humanities) in G.D. Birla Memorial Boarding School, I

stopped the act of ragging in my house (Vindhya House) while nobody

even principal himself was helpless to take any step to stop ragging

in the other houses of school.

4. As a Principal- in the Gurunanak Higher Secondary School, Ranchi, I

have brought the following reforms and changes. The school was in a

unruly state and needed tough handling on every front and I did the

needful, to name a few

a) Zero ragging status .

b) No disturbance in the classroom by the students.

c) Marked reduction in the number of absentees.

d) Cracker bursting near and before the festival was a biggest nuisance

in the school it has been totally checked. (Even a single case was

not reported last year 2010).

e) Total control over hooting and whistling inside the school campus.

i) 100% result of class 10th achieved, and class 12th result is

j) Technological up gradation of school in which installation of c.c.tv

camera in each classroom(sr.section),smart class, (pre primary to

xii class in every classroom and biology, moths,and chemistry lab,

over head projector, computer, u.p.s, interactive board have been

installed and all the teachers and library staff have been trained

and are using it regularly under my guidance.

k) Time attendance machine,digital cyclostyle machine for question

paper printing in the school fax,Xerox machine, air conditionar,2

new school diesel van, 1 Bus have been provided to school by the

s.m.c. Because of my request.

l) Renewal of pending affiliation of school has been done, three case

of litigation (concerned with the school and former principal) have

been sorted out by me without help of lawyer .

r) Result of class 10th 2011 is satisfactory in which out of 216

students only 2 students got 2nd division and 214 students got

1st. division,and in 12th class out of 530 nobody was failed but 40

got compartment in comparison to 2007 result, when I had joined 115

students were failed in 12th class out of 540 and 40 students got

compartment in 10th class.

5. As a Principal of Heritage International School, I have spent two

month

as yet( 19-9-2011) During this period I have taken some

important decision

and implemented new systems and policies which will prove mile

stone for

the school's future and progress such as :-

School timing, arrival and dispersal, Time span of periods, Rules

regarding leave,

Service contract, Duties of different departments, CCE related training to

the teachers, Introduction of new teaching aids, Teachers appointment,

proper filing, In nuce almost everything related with the school, I will

have to do as per CBSE norms.

In fact, school is upcoming and earlier experienced principal had not been

appointed that's why no body have any idea how to run the school. I am in

the process to frame the systems, policies, infrastructures and rules for

the school.

As a principal of Jay Jyoti school H.P-I introduced system of weekly

submission of teaching plan, daily lesson plan submission, monitor's diary

their responsibility, monitor's meeting, regular oral and written

assessment of students. Computer's inter connectivity, smart class,cctv

camera. Etc.(school is already well managed )

I believe in team work with full support and faith in my teachers, I

hope with their help, school will progress and develop the asset for the

nation in the form of students.
