Soft Tech is a leading developer and distributor of product

configurator/configuration software for a wide range of industries and is

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Coordination with customers / sales team / development team in

the implementation of V6 software (or any additional software

required).

. Creating BOM for Aluminium, Fa ade, Upvc windows and making

test cases for the developers

. Create Hardware rules as per window type for Aluminium, Fa ade, Upvc windows

. Create Plan for assembly, shop drawings and fabrication in

detail for clients

. Create windload,Thermal calculations for the Aluminium, Fa ade, Upvc windows and making test cases for the developers

. Manage support team by replicating / reporting issues of Soft

Tech customers based on priority, keeping customers updated on

progress of issues.

. Creation / updating documents for help files, additional

features and test cases

. Assisting in project scoping whenever required.

. Training staff in fenestration products, AutoCAD, design etc.

. And, other consultancy work as and when required in different

locations of the company's/customers offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Develop long range production and Planning of inventory based on

demand and supply chain performance capabilities.

. Independent Handling of Fabrication and installation

. Maintain/create accurate Methods of Manufacturing.

. Determine cost effective lot sizing and maintain accuracy in business

system

. Maintain raw material costs in the Bill of Material.

. Determine variable production costs, including set-up related costs,

inventory holding costs and any resource acquisition costs.

. Track & monitor tooling costs and capital expenditures.

. Maintain part master accuracy.

. Maintain/monitor burden rates and suggest improvement methods.

. Monitor product cost roll up costing on a monthly basis.

. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource

. Study and analysis of various contracts and check the profitability of

. Assist HO in making periodic Versions of Costing Sheets and distribute

same to all locations.

. Assist Design (DTS) team for new product development and if any change
