Concoa is a manufacturer of high quality welding torches, special gas regulators and gas distribution

systems, servicing medial, petroleum and food processing processes world wide with sales of $18 million

annually. My responsibilities included the scheduling of 45,000 sku’s thru our machining centers, the

purchasing of 7,000 purchased sku’s, and the scheduling of our assembly operations of 2,400,000 make

to order sales items utilizing EPICOR VANTAGE operating system.. I have maintained an 89% on time

delivery of finished goods, 98% vender on time delivery and a 98% inventory accuracy.

December 2002 thru May 2007

A producer of pharmacy and Wal-Mart distribution labels with annual sales of $45 million. Installed and

developed TCM (Time Critical Management) operating system to schedule, purchase and control

inventory. Inventory was reduced from 30 days on hand to 4 days. Machine efficiencies increased from

9,000 ft per hour to 20,000 ft per hour for 15 presses. Raw material cost savings of $2.2 million were

also achieved.

A manufacturer of stainless steel brake lines and fuel line assemblies for the automotive industry with

annul sales of $57 million. Increased inventory accuracy from 80% to 98% by adjusting cost standards

and bills-of-materials. Increased inventory turns from 25 to 37 by utilizing increased inventory accuracy

and lead-time management with suppliers. Arranged inventory stores to point of use facilitating FIFO

materil flow.Implemented EDI with all customers and suppliers.

December 1998 thru July 2001

A fabricator of roll formed and stamping assemblies with annual sales of $72 million. Directed

Reimplementation of MAN-MAN operating system to integrate all aspects of the manufacturing process.

Cost savings of $4.5 million were achieved and freight costs reductions of $932,000 realized.

Implemented 4 walls inventory practices improving location accuracy and eliminating 2000 inventory

transactions daily. The balanced flow of material allowed manufacturing to resume a 5 day week

operation

October 1994 thru December 1998

A producer of window systems for automotive, recreation vehicles and heavy truck applications. Utilized

MAN-MAN operating system to manage 35,000 sku’s reducing work in-process $1.5 million and

inventory $3 million. Assisted in KIAZAN projects reducing stamping department operations from 2 shifts

to 1 shift. Managed sales growth from $24 million to $55 million annually.

Inventory Control Supervisor

October 1990 thru October 1994

A plant startup of a reaction injection molding facility producing window assemblies for Saturn. Sales

exceeded $26 million annually. Programmed an in house operating system which measured operating

performance and the management of inventory which exceeded 250 turns per year. Developed

production forecast allowing for the timely hiring of production personnel to meet sales.

June 1985 thru October 1990

A 500,000 sq.ft. plant startup of glass fabrication and reaction injection molding assembles. Developed

100% visual KAN-BAN inventory and purchasing system to support production requirements.

Standardized raw material purchases and packaging resulting in $300,000 in cost savings.

March 1979 thru June 1985

Producer of multiwall paper bags for construction, food and drug industries. Responsibilities included

customer service, scheduling, purchasing and inventory control. I developed a purchasing scheduling

system which allowed for the centralization of administrative functions for multiple plant operations,

reducing overhead transportation and commonality of product standardization by plant.
