Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, resolve and close out internal / external workflows assigned within defined timelines.
- Ensuring regular & timely communication between US, Gurgaon and third parties.
- Working closely with the IDG Team in removing/ resolving System Errors/Defects. This involves creating maestro tasks and assigning them to the IDG team.
- Reviewing PCS. Documentation
- Resolving queries and helping OCP associates in their regular day to day activities.
- Analyzing / approving the process improvements submitted by the OCP associates. Also provide them with constructive feedback in order to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
- Train new BOA’s, help them understand the process.
-Conduct query session and review the task completed by new BOA’s.
-Provide Feedback as and when required.
- Some process requires constant interaction between the Client and Trust. Maintained proper communication channel between them so that process is completed smoothly.
-Work closely with IDGF team insuring effective communication
Achievements:
- Successfully document processes which have been duly approved by BOMs and have been transitioned to OCP and for the process for which documentation was not available.
- Met all SLAs till date. Ensured timely delivery of client projects, despite resource crunch & stringent timelines
-Have identified defects. This helped in reduction of Edits.
- Have always acted as a team player, prioritizing work to achieve team targets.
- Have been actively involved in training & mentoring associates.

- Automated several tasks, which were done manually.
