Role and Responsibilities:

As a SAP - ABAP / 4 Consultant involved in modules ISU, CRM, HR, MM and PM

of ECC 6.0

My responsibilities include:

> Develop, test and document ABAP/ 4 programs.

> Modifying SAP standard programs.

> Designing, writing custom reports and conversion programs.

> Apart from the above applications I was also involved in the

development of Transactions and SAP scripts.

Description:

Scope of this project is an ABAP Development for supporting different

modules. The Work includes development of various Transactions, Reports,

SAP Scripts, Smart forms based on the Client requirement.

Reports:

> Designed ALV Reports for a list of all Invoices and Deliveries based

on selection criteria.

> Using Module pool programming modified standard screens in order to

BDC:

on the selection made the corresponding Vendor Bank Details are listed

such that the line selected in the basic list was visible along with

the secondary list.

BDC:

> Developed a Batch input program to upload Mass Asset Acquisition from

legacy system to SAP R/3 database, the data was uploaded using

transaction ABZON.

> Developed a Batch input program to upload Journals from legacy system

to SAP R/3 database, the data was uploaded using transaction F-65.

> Developed a Batch input program to upload Billing Refunds data from

legacy system to SAP R/3 database, the data was uploaded using

transaction F-02.

> Developed a Batch input program to upload Budget Transfer data from

legacy system to SAP R/3 database, the data was uploaded using

transaction FMBB.

Scripts:

> Layout sets for printing purchase Order Required modifications to the

standard PO printing format of SAP layout set MEDRUCK, So the standard

print program SAPFM06P is copied into Z programs. Hence layout set was

copied and modified to incorporate the additional windows and deleting

the unwanted info.

> Layout sets for printing Remittance Advice Required modifications to

the standard Sap layout set F110_IN_AVIS.

> Modified SAP Script layout set INVOICE as per Client requirements

Project : SAP Implementation

Client : ANGLO AMERICAN

Duration : Jan 2009 to Apr 2010

Role : SAP ABAP/XI Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

The XTime-900 System is a Computerized Access and time recording system

which will be managed on several SQL servers. This server will be linked to

SAP XI in order to download biographical information about employees and

contractors from SAP to the XI system and to upload clock transactions from

the X Time system to SAP.

The XTime database will be extended to have several interface tables. Data

from SAP will be written to these tables by SAP XI, after which an

interface engine will take these transactions and process them into the

XTime-900 database. The interface table from where SAP XI will take the

transactions and write them into the SAP database for time recording

processing. The transfer can be described as a two step process, Transfer

between SAP and XI, Transfer from XI to Skycom

My role involved in:

> As part of the team involved in executing integration use cases

involving: File, JDBC, RFC, IDOC, HTTP and XI adapters.

> Creating Interfaces and Importing RFC and IDOC Interfaces.

> Creating Communication channels using different Adapters.

> Specification and development of program to move Sky com clock records

to the CLOCKS interface table.

> A SKYCOM 3-Tire environment: Development, Quality Assurance (QA) and

Production.

Interface Programming (BDC & LSMW):

> Developed a BDC program upload vendor master data from legacy system

to SAP R/3 database. The data was uploaded using transaction code

XK01.

> Used LSMW for Data Migration for Vendor Master Data from legacy system

to SAP R/3 database

> Designed and coded a BDC program for Sales Orders that updated

records in the sales order screen or will create new sales orders

depending on the source data file from external systems using VA01 and

VA02 transactions.

> Using the standard data conversion program uploaded the material

master data from legacy system to SAP R/3 using flat files.

Scripts & Smart Forms:

> Modified SAP Script for purchase Order, Order Confirmation, Delivery

Note and Invoice.

> Modified lay out set for INVOICE from based on standard layout set

RVINVOICE01.

> Modified lay out as per the clients requirement, for delivery note

based on the standard layout set RVDELNOTE.

> Made use of SAP Standard Report Program RSTXLDMC to upload Tiff files

(for logo) and display as standard text.

> Adding company address, logos and standard texts according to the user

> Adding user defined Fields, screens (tabs) and conditions to the SAP

standard applications in Real Estate module using BDT (business data

tool set) without making any changes to the predefined code to meet

the business requirements.

AS - 400 using LSMW and Direct Input methods.

Opening/maintaining Account(s), Transferring the balance(s) which includes

e-cheque(s) generation for payment(s)/issue(s) and includes general banking

operations also. This system runs on https (SSL-Secure Socket Layer) for

security. Involved in coupling the business rules into the system by

applying the latest technologies viz., Design Patterns with MVC.
