Job Responsibilities:
. To establish good rapport and to liaise with a view to develop
harmonious relation between factory management workers.
. To study and appraise the views of the workers to the management in
order to shape and formulate labour policy and interpret the policy to
workers in a language that they can understand
. To promote cordial industrial relation between concerned factory
departments and workers in order to improve productivity and quality
and reduce rejections and wastage.
. To help the management with a view to keep congenial working
environment and help the workers to adapt themselves to the working
environment.
. Compliance with the statutory requirements on labour welfare.
. Conduct the gap analysis on labour welfare of the company with respect
to the statutory requirements and to report to Manager HR & GM HR&PR.
. Follow up and ensure the welfare amenities available to all workers/
employees.
. Facilitate and arrange proper working place and infrastructure to
employees.
. Handle and resolve the grievances and complaints with regard to other
working conditions including cleanliness, drinking water, lighting,
ventilation, temperature, dust, seating, air etc.
. To conduct required periodic health checkup.
