business with this important customer and has paved the way/opened path to grow PWT business to other

markets like China/Asia & India.

- Development of the World’s 1st Flex-Fuel Motorcycle for a Brazilian Customer.

- Cold-start improvements & complete EMS development for Japanese, Chinese and domestic customers.

Project Manager – Powertrain Engine Management Components & Systems

Main responsibilities

- Develop Business Cases and write Capital Appropriation Requests; conduct “Make X Buy” analysis.

- Lead Change Management processes and product development activities (NPI-New Product Introduction)

according to Delphi “Product Development Process”.

- Manage project metrics (cost, quality, timing, risks) and conduct formal Project & Design reviews with local &

international Delphi Tech Centers to assure proper resources and project deliverables on time.

- Promote integration among the different functions on the project, such as Sales, Purchasing, Product, Process
