General Manager

Responsible for construction and start-up of 85,000 sft steel fabrication

facility manufacturing steel components for utility scale solar projects.

Manage all operations in roll-forming, CNC Laser, Robotic welding and

assembly. Hired and trained entire staff from administration to shop floor

personnel. Implemented ISO 9001/14001/18001 within the first year. Managed

company growth from 30 employees to 150 in 8 months and sales from 15

million to 80 million in 2 years. Major solar projects managed were the

world's largest requiring strict quality control delivery timelines.

Company also produces parts in the automotive sector in 45 countries with

annual sales of 10 billion.

2008-2010
