I was deployed to Mississippi to assist in the closure and end of operations Navy Mobilization Processing
Site, Gulfport. There I assisted in the end of operations report inventory as well as career development
boards for the employees, resulting in many gaining orders for navy schools and operations both abroad

professional management of an eight person department processing over 24000, Naval personnel per
year .As the Command Career Councilor, conducted bi- weekly briefings to returning Sailors on benefits
and programs available to them. Generated monthly and weekly Activity reports on manning and
readiness of deploying and returning sailors, these reports were distributed on a regional and national
level proving to be responsible for navy wide changes in deployment processing.
