Lead eMarketing Copy Editor for the digital marketing arm of eBay Inc.

Copyedit and QA email marketing content for style, structure, accuracy,

usability, and functionality. Organize, delegate, and oversee the work of

four copy editors/quality assurance specialists. Create and maintain

checklists, style guides, and detailed client documentation. Work daily

within a proprietary content management system. Recently designed and

implemented a fee-for-service menu of quality assurance options as a

revenue generator for my department. Liaise with the design team to write
