It manages over 230,000 employees nationwide.

Controlled the route area where products are delivered to homes, offices and retail locations. Monitored

customer inventory, delivered products and monies that are collected for customers. Increased sales

Supervised a team of 30 including military and civilian employees while working for the Navy Regional

Medical Facility Command. Manage a $90,000 operating budget, $145,000 in funding and $65,000 in

annual foundation gifts. Ensured fulfillment of team members training and personal development goals.

Conducted over 65 services and 150 counseling cases. Provided training for over 400 team members.

Created training materials and published paper that addressed “Hot Button” issues. Served as
