Selected Accomplishments
Regained lucrative alliance. The State Bank of Hyderabad was not sending
business to GE due to past customer issues. Obtained appointment with SBH
Managing Director to go over problems. Resolved all issues within one week,
instilling confidence in client services. Formed strong relationship to
create win-win partnership.
Gained important client account with analysis of competition. A high-
profile client of Barclays applied for a $940K loan, but underwriting would
only allow a $750K loan. Created presentation of comparable loans from
other institutions, charting the different rates. Convinced client to place
the loan for $750K, beating out the competition.
Established new branches to immediate profitability. Barclays was launching
in India and needed to establish branch offices. Tasked to open nine
offices in Chennai to sell and service a full range of loans and third-
party products. Created local partnerships to expand product offerings.
Opened all branches in three months.
Won two prestigious awards. Challenged twice at Barclays to achieve
ambitious goals in selling life insurance and loan coverage products.
Coached management teams to identify client targets and trained staff in
cross-selling techniques. Achieved 150% of target both times in one year,
winning international trips to Singapore and Bangkok.
Led team to unprecedented growth. During Barclays' launch in India,

revenue generation and averaging 120% of goals. Identified and expanded

Channel Manager, Barclays Finance ($9.3B lender), 2008 to 2010. Developed
new channels and expanded offerings with third-party insurance and loan

from 75 to over 90, exceeding goals.
