I have 15 years’ experience in business management and employee/client development. For the last 8 years I
have been the Executive Director of Operations for a 50+ legal collection call center.
My most recent full-time position is working for myself as my own career research analyst, self-motivator, and
seeker of a new career path due to company closing. I want to be able to put my strengths and skills back into
the workforce with a great company!
I am an accomplished business professional that expects outstanding conduct and performance from each
member of my team. That I can guarantee they will receive from me as well. To show up with a positive can
do attitude ready to do whatever is needed to accomplish our goals for the day is a non-negotiable. We are the
face of the company and must always keep that in mind! I am a confident leader that can delegate projects,
empower the team to do them, and will be there to help when needed. I focus on hiring the best talent and
developing them and then getting out of their way to let them achieve. I feel it is important to give timely

discussion. On a daily and weekly basis we need to look at what went right, what went wrong, and where and
how we can improve upon it. I consider myself to be very open-minded and approachable. I'm a good listener
