2011 2013: Shift Supervisor My daily responsibilities consisted of overseeing the daily
operations for a maximum 15 person crew.
Conducted and implemented fast paced ideas and projects, and checked on complete assignments
to ensure quality of work . Producing ways to direct
and guide team to increase job performances and production. Record daily attendance for
all shift members. Schedule staff based on forecasted volumes. Train each employee on
proper cleaning methods and operation of the equipment. Provide all supporting
documentation to address any violation of the policies and procedures by taking corrective

entire departments hiring and terminations. Ensured all employees bi weekly compensation
is accurate by monitoring and correcting any errors if possible. Department scheduling.
