1. Comcast DDPF Replacement

Duration: 1st July '11 - 8th June 2012

The project mainly involved upgrading the existing Comcast DDPF

billing system with Amdocs enabler billing modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

o Project initiation from Testing PoV.

o Understanding business Requirements, preparing the test

estimates.

o Training the team with Enabler knowledge and Comcast business.

requirements provided. This POC was conducted on site only.

> Surprise Tests - On the spot development and testing for a random

requirement from RFP.

MQ Upgrade was a project where the messaging queue was being upgraded

to a higher version. Hence a regression of all the applications was

being perfomed. Data flow from various applications like CIP,

Himalaya, Kathmandu, COSMIC, GTI files processing was monitored.

6. Excelcom - V7 upgrade

Duration: Aug '07 - 27th May 2009

PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk (XL), an Indonesian service provider with

over 26 million subscribers, successfully upgraded its Amdocs V4 to the

latest generation of Convergent Prepaid-Postpaid Billing, CRM and Partner

settlement products under the Amdocs 7 portfolio. XL migrated 2.5 million

of its subscribers to the new platform.

The Project included:

> Side-by-Side launch of version 7

> Migration of its 26M subscribers during a 2 months period

> Migration of 24M Prepaid (OLC) subscribers - with zero room for

errors

> Successful launch which took place 6 weeks earlier than initially

planned

> The upgraded modules included Billing, CRM, On-Line Charging and

PRM.

7. Pathways - EZNet Feature

Duration: Jan '07 - July '07

CCC Pathways Estimating Solution software helps improve the speed and

efficiency of the repair-calculation process, thus giving users

flexibility when layering additional CCC products and features.

All claims are processed and sent via EZNet - a mainframe application,

which is the backbone of CCC.

This project aimed at testing the claim processing via EZNet. This was

a manual testing project.

8. RPS Enhancements:

Duration: Oct '05 - Dec '06

RPS Enhancements project has two features newly added to the RPS

system:

Staff Appraiser Address

Secondary Company Code Conversion

Staff Appraiser Address: Whenever an RPS request is made, the RPS

system needs to have an access to the Staff Appraiser Address which is

registered in the Vantive system. Based on this mailing address (Zip

code to be more specific), the system selects a list of suppliers

based on the Zip Code.

Secondary Company Code Conversion: There was a need for a change to be

made in RPS to convert the company code on all "GETRPS" transactions

to the primary company code associated with the secondary company code

before executing the parts query.
