implement expenditures that had been left out of any budget to improve the physical presentation of the

renovations and coordination of new retail and operational contracts, revising service and maintenance
contracts, processing weekly payroll while keeping labor costs at a minimum, and inspecting property
and control of operation expenditures. Some accomplishments include:

condominium complex in the Lands of the President, a luxury golf and tennis enclave in West Palm

that all assignments and deadlines were met, and team with the executive committee of the board to
coordinate renovations, emergency repairs, and other administrative matters. Prepared budgets and
reports and reviewed monthly financial statements to review with the Board members. While maintaining
the excellence of this property kept constant communication, problem solving, and implementation of
policies to unit owners in order to increase their satisfaction.
• Saved expenses of up to $85,000.00 to the Association in many operational contracts in one year
