directive that has been transposed into National Law across the 32 Member

the next business day (D+1). This must be in place by 1st January 2012.
The project will implement SEPA PSD requirement for Internet Banking
channel.

Following the merger of Lloyds TSB and HBOS banking organizations to form
Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) it was necessary to integrate the two business
systems of the two organizations for regulatory and business reasons. To
address the challenges arising from the size and complexity of the
integration solution, LBG has established an IT Integration Testing
Program, which was a joint IT and Business lead program. The main
objective of CBT program was to demonstrate that integrated bank operates
on enhanced application landscape/ technology environments effectively
after migration. CBT Defect management team was key support team to
triage, prioritize, investigate & closure of defects across platforms.

Dawn project delivers a new functionally to enrich B2B solution that
replaces the Halifax/BOS B2B system for new mortgage applications. It
provides a common indirect acquisition sales process for BOS & Halifax

to be produced quickly, providing easily accessible application case
information to the broker.
Project Dawn release 1 mainly involves 'customer' based changes for RIT
Customer.
These are the 'customer' processes that will be part of the new broker
front-end system
such as locate or create a customer record. This Project involves SOA
(Service Oriented Architecture) Testing of the new web services, which
interacts with various systems like Application, Databases.

The Mobile Alerts project provides Halifax and Bank of Scotland customers
with the ability to receive text message alerts for any Reward products
they hold.
Solution provides the ability for a customer to register to receive a
text message warning if they go into an unarranged overdraft; if they
remain in unarranged overdraft, they will be sent a reminder text 7 days
later. The sending of text will be based on the rules currently used to
issue overdraft-warning letters to customers. When a customer registers
for Mobile Alerts, they will also receive a welcome text message to
confirm they have been successfully registered. A customer will also be
able to remove alerts they no longer wish to receive.
A customer will be able to maintain alerts through the Customer
application and through Halifax and BOS Online.

HBOS business wants to introduce or any transactional generating
promotional campaigns to be offered to selected customers. Any
transactions or account activity is simulated that would be affected by

The projects under P&C revenue generating campaigns deal with testing
changes made to the product characteristics by the marketing initiatives.
The type of projects that could come under this would be testing if a
Notice of Variation (NOV) is being generated appropriately (Re-Price
