1995 - 2000 Consultant Careers
I undertook projects for the important clients of the companies. My key
clients included New World Developer, Housing Authority, Hong Kong Jockey
Club, Tse Shui Luen, MacDonald, TVB, ASD and YMCA. The total cost of
projects was over HK$ 1.2 billion.
My main duties were to ensure designs complying with Building Regulations,
to give engineering consultation, to create structural design, to handle
project management, quality control and team management.

Structural Team Leader
I am responsible for the structural engineering of steel, aluminium and
glass facade for the clients of the company. The main clients of the
company are Sun Hung Kai Group and Henderson Group. The facade includes
curtain walls, glass walls, window walls, balustrade, claddings, entrance
canopy and steel frame signage. The main projects include The Latitude of
Sun Po Kong, superstructural facade at Tseung Kwan O MTR Station, other
projects include superstructural facade at Severn Road, Hoi Fai Road and
Kowloon Bay 18. I manage the structural team both in HK and China to
provide submissions of these projects for the approvals of Building
Department. The total cost of projects was over HK$ 1.4 billion.

Being a Senior Account Manager, I had to lead my company staff to carry out
excellent account servicing and smooth business running. I was assisted by

development. I was also responsible for the account management for all

Main responsibilities and activities:
Administering ordinances in relation to bankruptcy and monitoring the
progress of bankruptcy cases. Investigation of affairs of bankrupts by
conducting interviews and general enquiries, performing outdoor duties,
examining statements of affairs and books and records seized. Realization
of assets including collection of book debts, liaising with outside
solicitors/agents in the collection of book debt. Providing support
services to Legal Officers such as documentary evidence, liaising witness
to court for litigation proceedings for asset recovery. Checking trial
adjudication of preferential claims, adjudicating ordinary proof,
distributing dividends to claimants and handling proposals for compositions
and schemes of arrangement. Reviewing case files to make recommendations
for release and processing release of trustees in bankruptcy. Provide on-
the job training to clerical staff.
